To start out a couple of years ago, I was in desperate need of a new dentist for my family. I found Creekwood Dental and ever since I started coming here they have been wonderful to me and my 6 boys. Now that my boys are getting of the age to have their wisdom teeth taken out I called around to a few different oral surgeons and the wait time was several months closer to 6 to 8 months. I didn’t realize that Dr. Q could do wisdom teeth extractions. Dr Q said that he could remove the boys wisdom teeth and I scheduled for my two middle teenagers to get their wisdom teeth taken out. We were super happy with the job and they recovered beautifully at home. Today I went in with my third son to have his wisdom teeth taken out and again the staff is professional. Dr. Q is professional, knowledgeable, and will do anything that it takes to get your family happy and healthy. I have another son that needs to get his wisdom teeth taken out, and I have already gotten the paperwork started to have his teeth removed in this office. Just waiting on insurance approval. The oral surgeons in this area are very very backed up and a lot of them require a lot of co-pays. My insurance company 100% covered it from Dr.Q’s office. After the wisdom teeth removal, Dr. Q called later in the afternoon to make sure that you’re recovering good at home and whether that you need anything else to make you feel better and to be comfortable. He also called again the next morning to make sure that you’re still doing well, and if you need anything and to go back over the instructions of what to eat and what to do as far as swelling and medications. He just to makes sure that you’re very comfortable. You don’t find that anymore in dentists. It seems that once other dentists get you in the chair, and get a procedure done, they don’t want to see you again until your next appointment. Here, they treat you like family from the time you walk in the door. The last couple of years that I’ve been coming here I could not be happier with Dr Q and his staff. They bend over backwards to accommodate any situation or need that arises and you don’t find that anymore in family or friends let alone a dentist office. I just wanted to personally say thank you to his staff and Dr.Q himself, because they make going to the dentist, not a problem or a hassle, but instead just another day of getting healthy for your family. KJ and Shameel in the front take care of all our appointments and any insurance issues. They are a great team and such an asset to the office. Dr Q offers so many services like Invisalign and other services most DDS can’t do. He has a lot of specialty training, and is always on top of the latest and greatest procedures in dentistry. I’m lucky my family and I found this office. They are tucked in right down the street from Burton Walmart.
